In the Qur'an: Ash-Shu'ara 26:71
قَالُواْ نَعۡبُدُ أَصۡنَامٗا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَٰكِفِينَ
They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."
তারা বলল, ‘আমরা মূর্তির পূজা করি সুতরাং আমরা নিষ্ঠার সাথে সেগুলোকে আঁকড়ে থাকব।’
انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ ہم بتوں کو پوجتے ہیں اور انہی کے سامنے گیان دھیان میں بیٹھے رہتے ہیں
उन्होंने कहा : हम कुछ मूर्तियों की पूजा करते हैं, इसलिए उन्हीं की सेवा में लगे रहते हैं।
Mereka menjawab: "Kami menyembah berhala-berhala dan kami senantiasa tekun menyembahnya".
«Putlara tapıyoruz ve onlara tapmaya devam edeceğiz» diye cevap verdiler.
گفتند: «بتهایی را میپرستیم، و پیوسته برای (عبادت) آنها معتکف هستیم.
