In the Qur'an: As-Saf 61:8
يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطۡفِـُٔواْ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَٱللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِۦ وَلَوۡ كَرِهَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ
They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it.
তারা আল্লাহর নূর ফুৎকারে নেভাতে চায়, আর আল্লাহ্, তিনি তাঁর নূর পূর্ণতাদানকারী, যদিও কাফিররা তা অপছন্দ করে।
وہ ُ تلے ہوئے ہیں کہ اللہ کے نور کو اپنے منہ (کی پھونکوں) سے بجھا کر رہیں گے اور اللہ اپنے نور کا اتمام فرما کر رہے گا خواہ یہ کافروں کو کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو۔
वे चाहते हैं कि अल्लाह के प्रकाश को अपने मुँहों से बुझा दें तथा अल्लाह अपने प्रकाश को पूरा करने वाला है, यद्यपि काफ़िरों को बुरा लगे।
Mereka ingin memadamkan cahaya Allah dengan mulut (tipu daya) mereka, tetapi Allah (justru) menyempurnakan cahaya-Nya, walau orang-orang kafir membencinya.
Onlar ağızlarıyla Allah'ın nurunu söndürmek istiyorlar. Halbuki kâfirler istemeseler de Allah nurunu tamamlayacaktır.
آنها میخواهند نور الله را با دهان خود خاموش کنند، ولی الله کاملکننده نور خویش است هرچند کافران خوش نداشته باشند.
Ils veulent éteindre de leurs bouches la lumière d'Allah, alors qu'Allah parachèvera Sa lumière en dépit de l'aversion des mécréants.
